My clients often contact me to find custom fit frames for things like mirrors and pictures. These
one-of-a-kind frames tend to be very expensive but I was recently searching eBay and found plenty of listings for beautiful vintage frames at great prices!
It can be really impactful to play with proportions when framing an item, so don’t get hung up on size. For example, use a 16” x 16” frame for a 4” x 4” picture with a custom fit matting. Mixing together large chunky frames with smaller matted photos creates an eye-catching contrast.
