By adding a metallic touch to antique pieces you will transform these items and make them more in tune with today’s trends. When deciding what to revitalize, look for something with an unusual shape. A tree root table would look amazing after being treated with gold. Keep in mind that items with carved and ornate details will really pop when highlighted by metallic paint.
