I recently came across an inspiring gallery of 50 Beautiful Movie Posters. What is fantastic about this spread is that it covers a wide span of eras—it’s not merely focused on one type or genre or art direction. Some of the work is from yesteryear; Dr. Strangelove, The Birds, THX 1138 and some is current; Walk the Line, Grindhouse, Zodiac..etc. The coolest thing is that with eBay you can own these classics, no problemo. I did a search for a slew of the posters on the list and they all popped up, begging to be bid on. Here are some that I would love to get on my walls: Planet of the Apes, Vertigo, Amadeus, and, my personal fave, the Man with One Red Shoe.
